Information you give us

When you book a call, call, text or email, you may share your name, email address, phone number and details about your home or loan goals. We use this information to respond to you, schedule and hold your consultation, and help you with your mortgage questions.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, this site may automatically collect basic technical information, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, the pages you visit and how you arrived at the site. This is collected through cookies and similar technologies, and it helps us keep the site working and understand how it’s used.

Tools and services this site uses

This site uses a few trusted third-party services. Each one has its own privacy policy, and some may set their own cookies.

  • Calendly for booking calls. The information you enter when you book is collected and stored by Calendly.
  • Google reviews, displayed through a reviews widget.
  • GoDaddy, which hosts this website.
  • Empire Home Loans’ application site. When you choose to apply, you’re taken to Empire’s secure loan application, which is governed by Empire Home Loans’ own privacy notice.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to help you, for example with Empire Home Loans to process a loan you apply for, with service providers that help run this site, or when required by law.

If you apply for a loan, your financial information is protected under federal privacy law, and Empire Home Loans will give you its privacy notice explaining how that information is handled.

Text messages

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be shared with service providers that support us, such as customer service. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

Your choices

You can set your browser to block or delete cookies. Some parts of the site may not work as well if you do. To opt out of interest-based advertising, you can use the NAI opt-out tool or the DAA opt-out tool. This site does not currently respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals.

You can ask to stop receiving emails or texts from us at any time by replying to let us know, or by using the unsubscribe link in any email.

Children

This site is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
